Afrinvest West Africa is presently organised into four divisions which are Investment Banking, Securities Trading, Asset Management and Investment Research.

Investment Banking

Our investment banking business is geared towards providing a range of products and services to Institutions, Government Organisations, Corporations, and individuals. Our Investment Banking business can be largely categorized into two major divisions:

Financial Advisory

This includes advisory assignments with respect to mergers & acquisition, corporate restructuring, divestitures and spin-offs

Issuing House

This includes issuing houses services for raising both equity and debt capital

Securities Trading

The Securities Trading Division was until recently organised as two departments - the Sales and Relationship Management department and the Dealing department. Following the merger, the division was restructured and now consists of the following departments:
