21. How do I know the value of the fund periodically?
The value of the fund will be available on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), business dailies, and
periodicals and on our website; www.funds.afrinvestwa.com
22. What type of return will I get?
Return on the Fund will include dividends and appreciation in unit value of the Fund.
23. Will I pay tax on the dividend paid to me?
There will be no further taxes withheld
24. Can I invest in the Afrinvest Equity Fund in favor of my children,
relatives and friends?
Yes, you can invest in the fund in anyone’s name.
25. What type of investments will the money used for?
The money will be invested according to the Fund’s Investment Policy which currently states that the Fund
will be invested in stocks and money market instruments.
26. Will I be given a certificate for my investment?
Yes certificates are available. However, investors are encouraged to accept a statement of investment as
proof of ownership as this simplifies the process of redemption.
27. Can I invest if am not living in Nigeria?
Yes, anybody can invest whether you live in Nigeria or abroad.

Yes, you can transfer all or part of your holding with adequate documentation.
