Tunde Pampam, Financial Control

Tunde Pampam heads the Financial Control Department as the Chief Financial Officer. Tunde was the CFO at Food Concepts Plc where he was primarily involved in restructuring its Finance department, raising about N9bn in equity and debt, converting the company to a Plc and provided the company with a financial policy and monthly financial reporting process. Prior to this, he was the CFO at Oando Plc being involved in setting up financial processes, acquisition of Agip downstream and refinancing the corporate balance sheet. He also has over 15 years’ financial and risk management experience from the financial services sector in London having worked in major brokerage firms and investment banks like Harlow Butler Holdings, JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America holding various positions in finance, profit & loss, treasury and risk management. He holds a bachelor’s degree (Bsc Hons) in Accounting from the University of Ife and an MBA from the Manchester Business School. He is a qualified accountant (FCCA).
