Bode oversees the legal advisory, ethical and regulatory compliance aspects of the firm and is primarily responsible for ensuring that the firm maintains its compliance with all statutory and regulatory provisions such as internal controls and anti-money laundering laws. He has over 16 years experience working with various top flight law firms in Nigeria including Johnson & Johnson (Solicitors), Udo Udoma and Belo-Osagie and Aluko & Oyebode. He has an LL.B from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989
