1. Financial Advisory

This includes corporate finance advisory assignments with respect to Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Divestitures and Spin-offs

2. Capital Markets

This includes capital raising for leading corporates and governments including:

• Underwriting of domestic debt and equity securities
• Advisory, structuring and syndication of international debt and equity instruments including Eurobonds and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs)
• Provision of Issuing House Services
